Harvest Recipe: Blistered Shishito Peppers

Shishito peppers are one of the easiest peppers I have ever grown. The plants produce an abundance of the gorgeous mild Japanese peppers. Almost all are mild and will not burn your mouth, but they say one out of ten shishito peppers are HOT. It’s a risk worth taking because my blistered shishito peppers with a smoky remoulade sauce is absolutely addicting.
